Moving the Announcers Stand (43)
When we moved the horse ring to a new location we wanted to salvage the announcers stand and move it to the new location. Here is how it happened. -
Amphitheater (57)
This is the outdoor amphitheater located on the right side of the park slightly over the hill. This building is a joint cooperation between the Tourism Commission and the Fairboard. This building is used for the pageants during the fair. Also during the fair musical shows, concerts, and youth talent competitions are held here. The open seating has a capacity of over 2000 persons making it the largest concert, and theatrical venue in the county. -
Dills Family Educational Center (26)
This is the Dills Educational Building. This building is located next to the road toward the front of the park. This is an enclosed 40'x60' blue and gray building. This building is used for exhibits during the fair. Outside the fair the building can be used for a multitude of functions. The building is completely enclosed with one walk through door and 2 12' garage doors on either end. The floor is finished concrete. The building has full electrical service, lighting and telephone service if needed. The building was plumbed for restrooms but has not been completed yet. -
Open Shelter (4)
This is the open sided blue 40'x100' shelter next to the roadway. This building is used for vendors to set up in during the fair. Outside the fair week this building is used for yard sales, consignments, family re-unions,ect. This building has a gravel floor now. This building also has full electrical services and lighting. -
First Building on the Property (33)
The blue storage barn built in the back of the fairground between the demolition derby arena and the motocross track. -
