- All exhibitors must check in at the Exhibitors Registration Table prior to entering the Exhibit Area.
- Must complete 6 hours of training under the supervision of a certified livestock trainer.
- Give a 3-5 minute presentation at the Ky State Fair in August.
- Pay a $55.00 fee.
- Top 5 hams will be sold at the Sale of Champions.
- All hams are to be cured by the University of Kentucky research method.
